Who is this group for?
It is for one person who wants to see Kashmir without paying for a private cab and a room alone. Everyone in the group books a single seat. Nobody arrives as a couple or as a gang of friends, so no one is the odd one out on day one.

Why does the price stay at ₹19,999?
Three things keep it low. The road journey replaces flights. The group shares one vehicle instead of several cabs. And every night in Kashmir is in Srinagar, so there are no mountain hotel rates and nobody packs a bag every morning.
What you give up is time and privacy. The bus takes most of a day each way, the day plan is fixed for everyone, and rooms are shared. If that sounds fine, the price covers all six days, Delhi back to Delhi.

How the group is put together
You enquire, we tell you the next date that is filling, and you book one seat. Once 12 seats are taken the departure is confirmed. You then get the Delhi reporting point, the bus timing and our contact number on WhatsApp. The group is capped at 20.
Rooms are twin sharing with another traveller of the same gender. How rooms are arranged is written in your confirmation before you pay, so there are no surprises at check-in.
If a date does not reach 12, we tell you before the travel week and offer you the next departure. You are not left waiting at the bus stand for a trip that is not going.
The bus from Delhi: what to expect
Delhi to Srinagar by road is a long run, roughly 18 to 24 hours depending on the highway, weather and traffic near Jammu and the Banihal tunnel stretch. Breaks are at roadside dhabas. Meals on the road are not in the package, so keep some cash for them.
Carry an original government photo ID, as it is checked on the highway and at hotels. Prepaid SIMs from outside Jammu and Kashmir do not work here, so bring a postpaid connection if you want your phone on. A neck pillow, a power bank, dry snacks and motion sickness tablets make the ride easier.
Solo women on this trip
Many who ask about this trip are women travelling alone for the first time. Rooms are only ever shared with another woman. Notes before you book
- The gondola ticket included is Phase 1 of the Gulmarg Gondola. Phase 2 is not included. It depends on the weather and is bought on the day if it is running.
- Day 4 is planned for Pahalgam. If the road or weather makes that a bad idea, we switch it to Sonamarg and tell the group the evening before.
- In Pahalgam and Sonamarg the valley points are run by local union vehicles or ponies. Those are paid there and are not part of this price.
- Arrival times in Srinagar and Delhi depend on the highway. Do not book a train or flight onward from Delhi on Day 6 that you cannot change.
- Package prices on this site are plus GST.
Itinerary
Report at the Delhi pickup point in the evening. The exact place and time are sent once the departure is confirmed. Meet the rest of the group, and the bus leaves for Srinagar. Night 1 is on the bus.
The road takes roughly 18 to 24 hours, so you usually reach Srinagar in the afternoon or evening. Check in and freshen up. If there is daylight left, the group walks the Dal Lake boulevard. A shikara ride is optional and paid there. Dinner and Night 2 at the Srinagar stay.
Breakfast, then about two hours by road to Gulmarg. Your Phase 1 gondola ticket is included. Time in the meadows after that is yours. Ponies and Phase 2 are extra. Back to Srinagar for dinner and Night 3.
Breakfast, then a day trip to Pahalgam along the Lidder river, about three hours each way. Valley points beyond the town are reached by local union vehicles or ponies, paid there. If the road or weather is bad, the group goes to Sonamarg instead. Dinner and Night 4 in Srinagar.
Breakfast and check-out. Visit the Mughal gardens and the old city markets, with entry fees paid at the gate. The bus leaves for Delhi in the evening. Night 5 is on the bus.
The bus reaches Delhi at a time that depends on the highway, usually after 18 to 24 hours on the road. The trip ends at the Delhi drop point.
