A Tempo Traveller is the vehicle we put a group in when an Innova would mean two cars and two arguments about who rides where. It is still a private hire from our Srinagar desk, with one driver who knows the valley roads.
Families of four or five with a normal set of suitcases are usually happier in an Innova Crysta. We move you to a Tempo when the headcount, the pushchairs, or the extra cousins make a car cramped. Say the number of people and the number of bags. We will tell you which one fits before you pay anything.
When should a group book a Tempo Traveller?
Book one when you want everyone in the same vehicle for the whole trip. That matters with kids, because splitting into two cabs means two drivers, two timings, and someone always waiting in a car park.
It also matters on the Jammu to Srinagar highway. Eight or nine hours is a long time to be separated from the snacks and the baby bag.
Which Tempo size works for a Kashmir tour?
We do not promise a specific chassis until the date is confirmed. If the exact Tempo is out, we say so and offer the closest vehicle that still carries your group in one trip.

What changes the Tempo Traveller fare?
There is no fare printed here on purpose. A number from last month would be a guess. Send the dates and we reply with a figure that lists tolls and the driver's night halt if they apply.
- How many days the vehicle is out, and whether the driver stays overnight in Gulmarg or Pahalgam
- The route. A Srinagar city day is not the same job as Sonamarg plus a Zero Point add-on
- Season. Snow, shorter daylight and chain delays change the plan, and sometimes the vehicle we are willing to send
- Waiting time while you are at the gondola, a garden, or a houseboat ghat
- A local union car on top, which is common for the last stretch in Gulmarg, Pahalgam valleys and toward Zero Point
How do you book a Tempo from Srinagar?

- Tell us the date, pickup point, headcount and how many large bags you have. WhatsApp or the enquiry form both work.
- We confirm 12 or 17 seater, or we tell you an Innova plus a sedan is the better fit.
- You get a written quote. Nothing that changes the bill is left as a surprise.
