This is our best-selling short trip: three nights in Srinagar, one full day in Gulmarg and one full day in Pahalgam. You sleep in the same Srinagar hotel every night, so nobody packs a bag between day one and the airport. It is priced from ₹8,999 per person plus GST for two or more travellers, in a standard to 3-star hotel.

Families: one hotel for three nights means children keep the same bed and you are not checking in and out. The Gulmarg day is about two hours each way and Pahalgam about three, so we leave early on the Pahalgam day and keep the first afternoon light with the Mughal gardens.
Budget trips: the price covers your stay, breakfast and dinner and the cab, so the main extras are the gondola, ponies, local union cars in Pahalgam and lunch. Groups: two or three families can share a larger vehicle, which brings the cab cost per head down. Tell us the number of adults and children and we quote the rooms and the vehicle together, or see the Kashmir group tour for a longer plan.
In Gulmarg the gondola is optional and paid there, and ponies are agreed on the spot. In Pahalgam your cab takes you into town, and Betaab, Aru and Chandanwari are reached in local union cars that you pay there. We explain both systems before you leave Srinagar so there are no surprises on the day.
